Due to the nature of our brand and limited releases, all sales are final unless stated otherwise. Please read carefully before purchasing.

 


 

1. All Sales Are Final

All items sold by SECURITI are final sale.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Delays caused by couriers

  • Normal wear and tear

We strongly encourage customers to review sizing guides, product descriptions, and images carefully before placing an order.

 


 

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

We will only offer a replacement or refund if the item you received is:

  • Faulty (manufacturing defect), or

  • Incorrect (wrong item sent)

To be eligible:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the issue

  • Item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

If approved, we will:

  • Replace the item (subject to availability), or

  • Issue a refund to the original payment method

 


 

3. Limited Drops & Promotional Items

Items released as:

  • Limited drops

  • Promotional items

  • Free giveaway items

  • Unreleased / early access pieces

are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of verified faults.

 


 

4. Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost or delayed packages once shipped

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

If a parcel is returned to us due to an address error, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.

 


 

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Funds will be returned to the original payment method

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
